F2000 GL1 Grenade Launcher Getting Started

Thanks for your GL1 order! Here is everything you need to get started.

Installation

Chassis Only: You will need an EGLM grenade launcher to disassemble and take parts from. The launcher tube, firing chamber, and some smaller bits will be reused in the GL1.

  • Disassemble the EGLM. You need to transfer the following parts to the GL1:

    • Launcher tube

    • Firing chamber assembly

    • Tube release latch/button at the front of the launcher and its spring

    • Spring for the reloading button

    • 1 screw shown in the picture

  • Glue the firing chamber into the GL1. You should loosen the GL1 body screws a bit

  • Finish assembling the GL1.

    • Install the tube release latch/button and spring into the front right section of the GL1. Assemble front section with the 1 screw you took from the EGLM.

    • Attach the front section to the main body of the GL1. Attach side rails

    • Insert the launcher tube

    • Insert the small spring for the reloading button.

Complete Kit: Everything is fully assembled and ready to put on your gun. Remove the body pin, push forward and remove the upper barrel assembly, slide down the hand grip, and insert the GL1. The launcher can be fired by using the rear button.

Complete Kit Plus: Same as above. The launcher can be fired using the rear button or the undermounted trigger unit. The GL1 can also be used as a standalone launcher on the RIS rail system with the included rail adapters.

3D Print Durability

We use high strength Fiberglass Nylon for all our 3D prints. This is one of the strongest polymers available and is very durable. Part breakage is unlikely but still possible. We do not have a warranty for printed parts, but if your part does break, contact us and we’ll see how we can help you out.
